Not the usual beast!

Katie Grand's bi-annual fashion and style magazine for Conde Nast, entitled 'Love', is set to hit the newstands this week   Grand, of Dazed & Confused and The Face fame, edited Pop for eight years before the Condé Nast managing director, Nicholas Coleridge, lured her and her entire team from rival Bauer in September.   Love will be a bespoke size "slightly larger than most monthlies" and according to Condé Nast promises to be "edgy and experimental"   Katie Grand promises that the first issue of Love would be "very curvy" and judging by the cover alone — featuring the resplendent Beth Ditto — she did not tell a lie. As for the fact that "no one is a sample size in the whole issue, and it's not so retouched," we'll just have to wait and see   Check out some sneak previews...
